| One set instant PVC card includes two printable films for inkjet
printing and a core sheet. This material is widely used to make
normal cards. Colors: White, golden & silver Size: 200mm x 300mm Thickness: Type1 0.25mm+0.28mm+0.25mm Type2 0.15mm+0.46mm+0.15mm Steps: 1. Mirror print the designs on the two printable films. One is for front side and the other is for rear side. 2. Wait around 5 minutes to wait the printed film day. Then remove the protection film from the core sheet. Put the printed film right on both side of the core sheet and go through the pouch laminating machine( Please set the temperature around 140C-150C). 3. After laminating, put the laminated sheets into a punching machine for punching. Then remove the protection film from the surface of the card. |
